Hey guys,
MIM Standard, 6 Saddle (Barrel Type), Topload, 3 Screw Mount
Any aftermarket bridge options with 3 compensated saddles (vintage or otherwise)? Looking for a direct replacement without adding new holes/filling old ones.
I know this must have been addressed before, but alas, the search function has failed me.
Thanks for your help!

All the Vintage type bridges are 4 hole mount.
Fill the existing holes with dowels and redrill for the new bridge. The 4 screw vintage bridge is cheap $7.99

I did the same thing and went with the Three tree compensated set from Glendaleguitars.com
They have great intonation and lots of sustain.
Several sets to choose from.

But $44 for three saddles- isn't that a bit steep?

I thought it was steep until I saw the workmanship and listened to the enormous difference they made. I scrimpted on the bridge, instead of paying $100 for the Glendale, I purchased a stock lefty Fender bridge and everything fit perfectly.

Sweet Sir Callaham puts forward that not only saddles matter but also the material the bridge is made of. Recovering the former Fender bridge plate seems questionable to him .

What do you think of that ?
I myself plan to replace my 2000 MIM bridge with a Gotoh model.

Not if you want them to actually intonate.

Gotoh is what the Callaham bridge is its way thicker than the stock Fender bridge and will change your sound. Its not as twangy but does sustain better.
