Buzzing bridge

Hi all,

I'm a telenewbie and have just acquired a MIM Telecaster over the weekend. It sounds great for a guitar in its' price range and i couldn't be more happier. However, after one day of playing with it, it seems the G-string is buzzing slightly at the bridge. Does anyone out there know why this is happening and how to get rid of the buzzing?

Thanks

Did you change the strings? May be the old crappy stock strings. New strings will probably fix it.

Good point. Especially if you or anyone else did some setup work - like setting the intonation. Strings over the bridge develop a set - kind of like a kink, and if the bridge is moved back to set the intonation - this kink is now in front of the bridge.
