Was the Cray neck always a 9.5" radius &
medium jumbo frets?
I have seen a few on ebay & wondered.
Someone told me they were originally 7.25 & small vintage frets.
Is that true?
Thanks

What do you mean by Big?
Big across fretboard or big as in Boatneck?
Thanks

the Custom Shop Robert Cray necks have a 12" radius.
Too flat for me, but works for Robert Cray I guess

The MIM Robert Cray is my favorite rosewood fretboard Strat neck, just felt "right".
The Jimmie Vaughan maple Strat necks do vary a bit , I've had three of them, out of those 3 one was perfect - soft V , not too big, the others were good but not as nice - a bit bigger.
YMMV ....

Big in 2 ways the profile was sorta big and as you went up higher it seemed to get alot wider than most.

Definatly a good neck.
