Robert Cray neckflying July 7th, 2005, 06:20 PM Was the Cray neck always a 9.5" radius & medium jumbo frets? I have seen a few on ebay & wondered. Too flat for me, but works for Robert Cray I guess :wink: The MIM Robert Cray is my favorite rosewood fretboard Strat neck, just felt "right". The Jimmie Vaughan maple Strat necks do vary a bit , I've had three of them, out of those 3 one was perfect - soft V , not too big, the others were good but not as nice - a bit bigger. YMMV .... Thanks Big in 2 ways the profile was sorta big and as you went up higher it seemed to get alot wider than most. Definatly a good neck. |
