In the emphatically Non-Telecaster-Content category, here's the solo from "It Takes Two," which was on Giant's first album, "Last Of The Runaways." This holiday weekend finds me exploring (regressing?) my '80s-metal roots. If you own this album, here's your excuse to dig it out again. If you don't own this album, here's your excuse to go find a copy. The guitar playing is unbelievably clean. Even the fastest runs are carefully measured out, which you can hear better at half speed. No 29-tuplets here; Dann always makes sure that the notes fit like they should.
