Crazy PUP layout!

For all the lovers of good Canadian 90's rock. Big Wreck came to Vancouver a few months back (killer show) Anyway Ian Thornley who is an amazing guitar player by the way, had 2 Ernie Ball MM's, I've got a couple screen shots of them.

They each have neck and bridge humbuckers as well as 2 middle single coils, 2 knobs and 3 switches (one of them looks like the usual and the other two seem to be toggles added after).

Wondering if anyone knows....or has any ideas as to how this is set up, what each switch/knob does, what the internal wiring looks like etc.
