First attempt at maple neck.

Hi.
I have my first maple fingerboard neck lacquered & cured. Lacquer over the frets.

What's the best approach to polishing up & fret levelling & polishing?

Does it matter when I score the lacquer at each fret?

A simple idiot sheet would be greatly appreciated!

I was wondering more about the lacquer & scoring it at the frets eg should I just polish it our like any other lacquered surface ...& then score the frets or vice versa..if I missed this in the referenced thread I'm sorry.
