modern sounding 7th chords, McCoy Tyner

Someone posted a great little lesson a while ago; I had it bookmarked and now it's gone. any help?

It was Matt Warnock. I don't know his website but if you google "Matt Warnock Jazz Guitar" it should come up. He has a ton of great lessons on his sight. Very highly recommended.
