Price for this?

Hey guys so im planning on building a guitar telecaster and although i wont sell it i would like to know how much it will be worth if completed,
Light oak basswood body white pickguard fender headstock maple neck rosewood fretboard genuine fender pickups fender neck plate and eventually fender or similar tuners? Just sort of an approximate price thanks guys

Usually its worth about what you have in it for parts.....then divide that by 2... Why does it matter if you don't wanna sale it?
