Hello dear twangers,

I have this weird chinesse switch in my home made pine telecaster and i can't remplace it cause the body is too thin to use a fender style switch.

I used it for a regular wiring but i would like to switch it to a serial wiring, but i'm not sure of how i could do it with it.
Any idea ?

Thanks,
François

It doesn't look like it's possible to do anything to it without disassembling that switch, and even then I'd guess that there aren't any jumpers you could move.

If you really want a series option on that guitar, you'll have to look at other solutions. You could use a DPDT mini-toggle or a push-pull pot, if it'll fit. You might also be able to fit a rotary switch instead of this funky blade switch.

Hello,
It seems the two middle lugs are shunted, i opened it to see how i could works this out.

I tried to figure out but I can't get my brain to works properly, is there a way i could use it for a bridge/bridge+neck serie/neck wiring ?

Thanks
