New to tele's

Hello all, I just put a new sunburst MIM Telecaster with maple neck in lay away at my local GC. I've never owned a telecaster before and am looking forward to something new. I have a 90' Les Paul studio and a Martin acoustic. let me know of all the good, bad and ugly's associated with this guitar. I'm sure they are posted all over this site. Thanks

Welcome! My #1 is a MIM Fender Standard Telecaster. You'll find our members discussing the versatility of Telecasters. If you have setup skills, or know someone that is technically proficient, it will benefit. I spend more time on the bridge pickup only, and some time on both pickups. (It has the stock three way switch for the pups.)
