Is it normal to loss some of the 'drive' from a pedal when you get rid of other pedals?
I recently took 2 pedals off my board because I use the effect from my amp instead. My pedals use to be:
TU3 > Boss OS2 > TS9 > LPB 1 > Aquapuss > Garagetone Tremolo > Ernie Ball VP Jr > AC15C1.
I now have:
TU3 > Boss OS2 > TS9 > Aquapuss > Ernie Ball VP Jr > AC15C1.
I use to have the drive knob on my TS9 about 1/3 turn (about 10:00) but since I got rid of those 2 pedals I know have to turn it about 2/3 (about 2:00) in order to get any 'dirt' from it. I tried switching the TS9 and OS2 around but it made no difference. I also tried different cables. The settings on my OS2 were not affected when I got rid of those pedals.
Anyway, no big deal. I was just curious why that happened.
