Hi,

This might be a dumb question but is there any posibility these might actually be good?

I was looking to replace my Strat bridge pickup with a SD lil 59', JB jr, or a cool rail and stumbled across this fully loaded pick guard with 3 coil splits pre wired.

Thank you!

Don't know about the Strat pickups, but the Dragon Fire Texas Blues for Tele actually turned out to be a decent pickup set for like $35! My brother-in-law bought a set and put in a MIM Tele, and they sound pretty good. IMO the neck pickup is about as good as it gets! Never saw one shaped like it, the cover is radiused to fit the strings. The bridge pickup sounded OK to pretty good, but he usually sets his pickups higher than I do, I think it would sound better if it were a little lower, I think it's pretty hot from the way it sounded to me. That neck pickup is a keeper though.

If you look for them you can probably find reviews of the Strat pickups. I've read some reviews of the Strat pickups, but I don't remember where, maybe on this forum.
