NEED to learn how to read music sheets properly!

I play guitar for 4 years now, and I am a decent player. But I really have a hard time to learn a song by the music sheet, I spend hours... Is there any good book with easy songs to start improving myself?

Mel bay modern guitar method volume one. Then volume two. When you can read these fluently, you'll be a better reader than most guitar players. Don't be put off by the simple songs; that's what you need to build up your reading. I use this for most of my students.

Ill suggest the hal leonard guitar method volumes 1-3. You can get the complete set for like $20 from amazon. Its what i used to learn how to read music.
