Decent mic stand [Archive] - Telecaster Guitar Forum

I just got myself a Pearlman TM-1 mic, and it's substantially heftier both in size and weight (and price:neutral:) compared to any other mic I own. Needless to say I think it's time to upgrade my current mic stand to something a bit more heavy duty.

I only have a no-frills stage type stand... it was OK for my SM58's and $500 mics, but now i've lashed out on a heavy-ish $1600 microphone I want a stand to suit.

Any recommendations?
