Chrome slide switches; do they exist? [Archive]

Hopefully this is the right spot to post this. I'm curious if anyone has ever seen chrome slide switches before. As opposed to the black or white ones. Speaking of the kind fo switches that are on the Jaguar/Jazzmaster/Mustang.

As a side question what are the the covers called that go over the slide switches as seen on the Teisco Spectrum. Like this...
