damn....great link...they sound terrific...man, it was 1978 when I became a fan of T.P. and the Heartbreakers...still one of my favorites today!

My boys ages 9 and 14, both love his stuff.

Tom Petty came to Little Rock last April and played our Verizon Arena. It was such a great show. It wasn't even that loud. I sang every hit I knew. It was their first concert in Little Rock. Tom seemed grateful that he played here and said he'd come back. I hope so! I'd pay to see him again!

I watched some of this today when I was at the library. Man, was that cool. I never realized how much of an R&B kind of guy Petty used to be back in the day. The rap before "Dark End of the Street" sounded like something Issac Hayes used to do. And it looked like Mike was playing the Broadcaster for most of the show. Not like today when he switches guitars on most every tune.
