Howdy all, I'm a worship leader and picked an "oldy but goody" for this Sunday's set, Rock of Ages by Rita Baloche. I was messin around today with a solo for it and came up with this. Hope you like it, but what I'm really looking for is some feedback! :)

Didn't sound improvised (that's a good thing)

Like how you handled the chord changes at the end...lots of cats would have blown right through those and not left the scale. Good job.

Thanks man! Originally, I was just messing around and improving over it, but changing it ever so slightly each time to suit the chord changes better. An this is what I came up with :)

Nice solo. But one thing if you don`t mind; concentrate a bit more on your vibrato, it`s goes a bit too much out of tune for my taste, try to control it a bit more.Especially when you land on a note.
Btw, you should learn some Eagles solos, they`re full of great phrases :)
Good job.

Liked the end too, you covered the changes really well.

Thanks for that, I'm not really sure what got into me that my vibrato was so erratic:) and I'll look up some Eagles solos.
