Major Gretsch Renovation/Customization

I have a dream Gretsch that i would love to build or have built, but I don't know if it's possible. Here's what I want:

-Duo-Jet Double Cutaway body shape
-Three Filtertron Pickups
-Three toggle on/off switches, one to turn on each pickup
-Master Volume Knob
-Master Tone Knob
-Bridge Pickup Tone Knob
-Bypass switch to bypass the volume/tone controls
-Bigsby

So here's my plan: get an Electromatic Double Jet w/Bigsby and add a third pickup, as well as switch out the stock pickups. I would then remove all the controls and rewire, how hard would all this be?

Not too bad. I'd use push/pull pots for some of the functions.

I agree. That really wouldn't be too big of a project. I second the use of push-pull pots. I would use that for the bypass personally. Sounds like a winner to me.
