Any schematic for ef86 pre and 6v6 output

I recently heard a clip from a Hendy Amps Little Gorilla and it sounded great. I has a ef86 pre and a 6v6 output. I sounded great and I was wondering if anyone had seen a schematic or built something similar? Can you point me in a direction?

A couple of years ago I did a thing I called a "Super AC4" with an EF86 in v1 with a triode/pentode morph control, driving a tilt tone control, and a recovery stage driving one (or two||) 6V6, or one 6L6 SE, with trem.

Does a range of tasty sounds with a 10" greenback (me on strat) - I think most of these were with 1 x 6L6

Encouraged by this, soon afterwards I did a PP version for 6V6s, based loosely on a 6G3 circuit (but with a parallel/single V1 stage, driving a 'Bone Ray' stack - tilt control with mid-hump/scoop shift, and then the EF86 - with the triode/pentode morph control - driving a LTP with switchable NFB, which I dubbed a '6H3'), that puts out about 20W+ clean

12-bar soundbyte with a Weber smooth cone Sig12 (and me on strat) - the soundbyte on this isn't as good because it wasn't recorded properly - only through the the crappy built-in mic on my Mac, which was clipping:

Nice clips tubeswell. I'm wondering if I can put together a preamp using a ef86 similar to he one used here, http://www.dougcircuits.com/EF86.html. I do have a Mission 5e3 that I put together I could use as a host.

They usually will convert into terrific guitar amplifiers; most of the time with very little effort involved.
I have a pair of 60's (Racine, WI) Webster TP12-1 mono PA amplifiers.
They are 6V6 PP, with an EF86 front end.
VERY heavy, with large power and output transformers.
BOTH found cheaply at yard sales.
WADE'S TUBE AND AUDIO web-site has the schematic.
If you ignore the phono input section, the rest of the schematic isn't overly complex.

Good luck!
Steve

That EF86 circuit is a straight copy of classic vox/matchless etc EF86 stages - has a gain of around 200 and this increases the likelihood of microphonics, esp in a combo.

The circuit values in EF86 stage in the schematics I posted is suggested in Merlin Blencowe's 1st book, and has a gain of about 120 (which is still plenty right?) and works really well either as an input stage, or as a subsequent stage being driven by previous stage(s). YMMV

Well I certainly don't need a gain of 200 and 120 seems damn high to. But I think 120 is a better place to start. Thanks tubeswell.
