idk why telecaster are viewed by alot of people my age (26) as "old men guitar" or "country guitar" to me a guitar is a guitar and will play what you want it to play. My Fav guitarist is Brian Setzer and my favorite band is Motorhead but you know what Gretsch are awesome and so is Phil Campell's LAG but to me explorer type guitars and Grestch never felt right, ive owned everything at one point from having two Ibanez Jems to a Gibson Peter Frampton, Jackson RR3 Rhodes, Dean ML's, Mockingbirds, the list goes on and the only guitars i ever went back to was my telecaster. Im not saying one kind of guitar is better than another, im just saying teles is what i can relate to the most and im glad there is a place like TDPRI were there is other folks out there like me.
