Noisy 5-way

If I switch positions on the switch of my strat while it's plug in there's a little scratch/pop thing. Is there any way to fix this without replacing the part?

Try spraying some contact cleaner (like DeOxit) in where the switch is at, and move the switch back and forth. I can't promise that will fix the problem, but it might.
