Mustang 3 way switches [Archive] - Telecaster Guitar Forum

On stock they are phase1-off-phase2 for both pickups, is the sound different if only the neck is out of phase and vice-versa?

If not wouldn't it be better to have one 3-way for Bridge-middle-neck then the second for middle position series-parallel-out of phase parallel?
