Hey there everyone,
Thanks for this great forum! I got a lot of useful information from here.
A couple weeks ago, I bought a Squier Affinity series tele in butterscotch and had it set up by a local luthier. It just couldn't stop buzzing, so I eventually grew tired of it and returned it to the store.
I had already purchased '52 reissue vintage pickup set for it, so I was kinda stuck with those, until I decided I would build one myself. I found a relatively cheap supplier of parts in the Netherlands, because ordering overseas is not always economical due to shipping and import taxes.
