Now the clean up! oramac7891 July 19th, 2012, 07:36 PM Post pics soon Zenzeypher July 19th, 2012, 07:42 PM It's obviously defective, you should send it to me! eMGee July 19th, 2012, 07:47 PM Faulty guitar design, everybody seems to end up modding them. You could put a Wilkinson half bridge or a bridge from GFS on it, but why bother? You could put a GFS lipstick in the neck position and it would sound so good you might never use the humbucker but you'd have to change the pickguard. You could get an Ian Rich Squier 51 Control Plate and add a CRL Tele-style switch or even add a toggle switch to the existing plate, but why bother? I've made these mistakes. Don't get sucked in yourself, send it to me. Flaneur July 19th, 2012, 08:22 PM Well, I would have done, too............ brock532 July 19th, 2012, 08:32 PM 135610 135614 brock532 July 19th, 2012, 08:37 PM Should i paint it?! Yeah but don't try and match the wallpaper:twisted: tap4154 July 19th, 2012, 11:35 PM Looks all stock, those are hard to find now. I still have a stock black one that I bought new at GC on 2007 for $69. Great guitar as-is, even though many of us modded them. I also have a S-'51 neck on my CV-50, and love it. |
