On buying a Timmy OD on ebay

Is there any reason i shouldnt buy a Timmy OD on ebay?? Obviously theres always the standard "ebay risk," but really, i could get a very lightly used timmy on ebay for under $200, which is as much as $75 less than i could order it straight from paul. as well, id wait a week or so to get it instead of 9 months. I love paul and would love to give him my money, but doesnt it seem better to just get one on ebay??

Im pretty sure Paul sells them for $150. But if you want to shell out the extra cash and get it fast, i'd say go for it.

Wait in line like the rest of us, and pay a fair price to the actual cat for a brand spankin' new product. Or, jump on some used thing for a $$ quick thrill!

Yup, cheaper from Paul and he's the nicest dude around.

Paul also ships batches of pedals to his dealers (Harbor Music, GuitarX, Humbucker Music, etc), apart from his waiting list. The batches usually sell out in a couple of days, but it's a great way to snag a pedal at Paul's price without the wait. The dealers can usually tell you approx when their next batch is coming in (and it gets posted on the forums, once someone finds out :wink:).
