Hi Telecaster enthusiasts! My name is Chris, I'm 25 and I live in a hellishly boring suburb of Manchester, UK. I play guitar in a backing band for an old friend by the name of Sam Smith. I'm not here to plug, but if you're into indie/punk/goodolerocknroll then you can find a link in my profile :).
I have to say thank you for this massive library of telecaster opinions, and facts. You have been a massive help prior to buying my new guitar!
And the important bit! I just got a Tele Deluxe (natural) I absolutely love it. I wasn't impressed by the pickups but it seems im not alone, and its going to be really easy to fix (again, thanks!). I think I'm going to have a white pearl pick guard made for it too as I'm not a fan of the black on natural look. I love the way the neck feels. Even though I have small hands it fits perfectly and there is no drama to it at all. For £420 I'm very happy!https://twitter.com/chrisasauru/status/223860942306410496/photo/1
I used to play a PRS SE semi hollow. They are really nice guitars and they sound great, but I was fed up of treating it like a small child.
I believe hendrix's 'Red House' to be the greatest recording of the 20th century! Just saying ;)
