I have a squier affinity tele that I came across a couple of years ago. I dont play it as i have a fender too. I don't think
I'm up to woodwork and painting this time. The guitar is black. I was thinking of changing to an black esquire scratchplate with a Seymour Duncan hot rail in the bridge position, nothing in the neck position. Black control plate with black vol and tone knobs, no switch. I might try and paint the head black. Should I change the bridge, how difficult is it to change to thru body. I will change to a bone nut and put on new tuners.
Is it worth doing?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks
