It's not as dynamic as my other germanium fuzz's and it doesn't clean up well with the guitar's volume knob. but!!!.....................it's loud,ballsy,thick and devastating(a thick wall of fuzz) awesome!!!

A Metal Zone on the Telecaster Forum... that might be a first! Ha. I keep an MXR Blue Box on the board for fuzz. Its over the top most of the time, but that's how I like it!

Metal Zones are alright by me either way. They get the job done when you need a wall of distortion!

I actually am a big metal fan, but I don't play it as much anymore. The Metal Zone is a great pedal and the adjustable mid eq allows for a lot of different tones.

Just mount the EQ pedal upside down so it is a frown, problem solved

Related, but separate branches on the same limb...Black metal is a reaction and reinterpretation of what was being done in death metal, taken to furthe extremes. Viking metal could be considered a sub-genre of the black metal sub-genre. Whew, now we're getting into meta-metal...
