suggest me a hot ,high output p-90 for the neck spot on my partscaster. the standard lipstick tele neck pup is way to low out put . i switch between a les paul studio w/ a neck p-90 & the tele . w/ the tele i have to turn the amp up at least a number & one half to get the same volume ihad w/ the LP. , BTW the lp p-90 is just a stock gibson pup, nothing fancy there. thanks

This would get more replies in the Pickup section

I hear good things about the Seymour Duncan custom p90 (SP90-3)

I've been happy with the SD SP90-2, described by the SD site as "High output P-90. Excellent for heavy blues, classic rock, hard rock, punk and metal. "

The SP90-3 is described as "High output P-90. Excellent for modern country, heavy blues, classic rock, hard rock, punk, garage and metal. "

Luckily for me, I don't play modern country or garage, so I'm ok not having the SP90-3 :-)
