Gilmour trem setup

Does anyone know if Dave floats his trem or has it decked?

This may have changed but I read sometime ago that it is slightly floating but the six trem screws are fastened tight to the body. He uses a shorter trem arm so he can vibrato whilst picking w the right hand.

Wow, if all six screws are down tight that would severely limit the travel. basically you'd be flexing the plate and the shafts of the screws.

Mine just does not stay in tune well, can't find the problem either.

He uses it for L hand style vibrato primarily, dive bombs in the studio are other guitars.
