I purchased an 84 USA Fender tele a few weeks ago, took it into a music shop, they "fixed" it the first time and it still had a horrible buzz and it was killing the notes. I took it back (40 minute drive one way mind you..) they "fix it" again and it is buzzing bad still. My wife picked it up for me so i couldnt test it out in store. It is buzzing around the 7th - 9th frets worse than others.. In my experience doesnt that mean the neck needs some relief?
He says no its something he cant figure out and acts like im being anal about the buzz even though he could hear it and could hear the notes being squashed out before the sustain has a chance to carry it into sustainable territory.
Any ideas on my issue? Thanks for reading all of that!
