Removing final light scratches from finish.

I have used 3M rubbing compound, Meguires Scratch X followed by Stew Mac Swirl remover and still I have these very light scratches that the swirl remover does not seem to be taking care of. I have not done alot of lacquer finishes. Are these light scratches something that you just accept? Or can I get this thing entirely scratchless?

That looks great! Those kind of swirls you will get from regular polishing or your tshirt rubbing against your guitar. I would move on....

Very tough to get swirls out of soft lacquer.

As long as you are not using DEFT, that should be fine.

My initial thought is that those scratches are actually from your coarser Rubbing Compound, and they are too deep to be removed using the swirl remover.

I don't know how fine scratch x is, but it might be a big enough jump that its not working out those rubbing compound scratches.

I would go back to your polishing compound with a nice lint free cotton rag or foam buffing pad and polish a little more, Then hit it again very lightly with the swirl mark remover.

When you get to this stage of polishing. Try not to press down or get aggressive. That will leave swirls.
