"Williedewer" Telecaster Necks

I am curious if anyone here on TDPRI is familiar with an eBay seller named Williedewer (lol)? He seems to make incredibly nice Tele necks. I won an auction last night for a maple/birdseye maple neck that looks great, and I'm really excited to give it a shot.

I was looking through old posts and I found that these necks are made by Scott Smith, a member here. Is this correct?
