What now? Anyone know if any of the retailers will have replacements if I should ask?
Also, the saddles don't sit flush, edge to edge with each other. The B and E string saddle has a wedge shaped gap between itself and the D/G saddle.
It looks like this, where the three shapes below are the three saddles:

Are you sure you have the saddles in the correct order without the screws?
Should look like this:

Which screws did you loose?
You can simply goto the hardware store and buy some SS screws.
(4) #6x1" oval head
(2) #4x1/2 or 3/4" round head

I haven't moved the saddles since receiving the bridge. Mine looks similar to yours. It looks strange to me how your third saddle doesn't fit snugly up against the second saddle, there is that wedge shaped pocket of air I was describing, though it is worse in my bridge than yours.
As for the screws, I lost all 6 which attach the plate to the body. Meaning the 4 large ones at the bottom and the 2 small ones that go in the other two corners. The two small ones look similar to pickguard screws, which I am in need of anyway, since my bakelite guard never came with screws.

Haha. You know how they come shrinkwrapped in that All-Parts wrapper? I had them in my car, the cupholder, still shrinkwrapped. When I got my car cleaned a week ago I guess the cleaner thought it was just trash since it appears to be an empty wrapper if you don't inspect with care.
