Tele wiring confusion (noob)

Hello everybody, i bought a Squier Tele, it's around 15 years old, never been cleaned or given any love, it's only my second guitar and a bit of a project. I've asked around and even put a price on making me an easy to follow diagram for the electrics.

Basically these are my parts http://s132.photobucket.com/albums/q16/venaz/wiring/

The guitar originally came with the pots and both of the green capacitors installed (can't remember how/where)

The 3-way switch was broke so i bought a 5-way switch as i was told you can get different sounds from 'tapping' humbuckers (i'd just purchased a seymour duncan lil'59).

I also bought a treble bleed kit as i have a distortion pedal and was told this will help with the tone. Does this replace the other capacitors?

Any ideas on how to wire this? I've been looking at a few different diagrams, this one in particular http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=tapped_tele_5way but it doesnt have the green and bare wire my lil'59 does, i'm also confused as to what 'ground wire from bridge' is...

Hope someone can help! Cheers guys

Here's a start for you : http://www.seymourduncan.com/images/products/electric/telecaster/501015-115.pdf
It would appear your green and bare wire will go to ground if you use the 5 way switch.. Someone may come along and correct me.

The ground wire from the bridge is the wire that either lays splayed underneath the bridge or may be connected to the bridge via a friction washer that connects to one of the pickups mounting screws and holds it against the underside of the bridge plate withing the pickup cavity itself.
