Hello, I've been kicking around an idea for a Telemaster build. I lack the necessary tools (and skills), so I'm thinking about looking to find someone to assemble something for me.

Basically, I'm trying to see if I can get someone to rival the quality of the American Standard Fenders using Warmoth and Allparts stuff w/o costing an arm and a leg.

If you guys could recommend some builders, it would be much appreciated.

Not exactly what I'm looking for, but thank you!

My first two I "composed" involved my doing all the work on the body, not that hard, and ordering necks and all the parts I wanted, then taking everything in a box down to the music store, where George assembled them for me. I think he charged about $60 each time for that, and he put in the "caps" and wiring where I had no idea how to proceed. Both guitars are terrific.

I think next time I'll try out my soldering iron and do it myself, just for giggles. I won't mind the extra time it takes for do-overs, because I have the other ones to play while I'm waiting. I'm even thinking about trying my first neck build!
