Joe Is Back!

I just got the new Joe Walsh album "Analog Man" today. Wow, Joe is back! I really like the album - his first solo release in nearly 20 years. Jeff Lynne produced the album with backup by Jeff, Rick Rosas, Kenny Passarelli, Joe Vitale, David Crosby, Graham Nash and last but not least, Ringo Starr. I think the production is good - not over produced as some critics have said. Mainly, the material is good and Joe's guitar work is front and center. I also think that his vocals are good on this one. Glad to see Joe back solo (not Eagles). This is a strong album that stands up with his great 70's albums with The James Gang and Barnstorm. Way to go Joe!

Heard a single on the radio. The words reminded me of Lifes Been Good to Me So Far. It was interesting and good. The title was something like 'I'm Just Lucky That Way'

Joe likes to poke fun at himself.

He's playing out here..CO.... early September and I'd love to see him but the tickets sold out in a few days (small Venue) and the scalpers want $150.
