I just scored a Morley Power Way Fuzz in excellent shape. I really like the fuzz... not sure how to describe it but its definatelyndifferent than the Dunlop Red Fuzz Face I had last year. This one is the chrome one made by Tel Ray in California.

Does anyone have an idea on its age, value, or just have any experience / knowledge on it you'd like to share?

Here's a pretty good demo of one.

Thanks. I have looked at that a few times. There's another guy on youtybe who goes into it a little deeper but wondered if anyone here had any experience with it.

Here are my current observations using it with a Roland Cube 30X:
It seems more fuzz face than Big Muff though I have no personal experience with a big muff.
This one has more "travel" with the guitar's volume knob when cleaning it up. In other words, the clean up is pretty gradual when lowering the guitar volume, though it never gets as clean as my fuzz face did. Wide open, it gets pretty blatty, and the tone control on the pedal offers a lot of tonality variation.... from thick smashing pumpkins (almost) to violin like Eric Johnson.

As for the Wah aspect....its fair. With the fuzz engaged in tandem with the wah there are some space age sci-fi sounds to be made. I definately like the photo resistor over the traditional potentiometer setup... but the travel or wah sweep is pretty short. Still, its a pretty kicck butt pedal for my needs.
It may be as old as me, but sounds wayyyyyy better.
