My Opening Project

Hello, This is my first design and its a rather unique concept , Im hoping this will be the start of my very own little custom shop. I will blog the build as it progresses .

Specs
Ash Body , Maple neck , Dark Indian Rosewood fingerboard / Headstock trim piece , 5052 Aluminum lower horn , Custom hand made Nicholas Cardillo JR pickup, Hipshot locking tuners/bridge and knobs , 1 tone , 1 volume, Tru oil finish neck and body.

Well OK. You now have a captive audience. Let's see it.
First impression: Looks optimized for sitting (because of the curved "thingie" on the bottom side) , but also looks like it is designed to be as lightweight as can be, which doesn't matter much when you are sitting. Perhaps it intends to capture the best of both. Interesting. What kind of pickup will it have and what kind of wiring?

Definitely innovative. I'd like to see a detail of the headstock--if I'm reading your description correctly, it'll have a trim piece of dark rosewood, but the rest of it looks metallic in the rendering--?

This will be an interesting build, and I'm looking forward to hearing how it sounds.

Thank you guys @ REX the guitar with have a pickup wound similar to the bare knuckle Abraxes pickup and Basic Tone volume wiring. @ RStratenstein The headstock seems metallic but it will just be plain maple.

Finally got some more work in unfortunately I had some major blow out on the Upper horn and will no longer be going with a natural finish but possibly a Satin Red finish.

Neck and Body cut out tho , getting ready to rout out pockets and such.
