NPD - Sparkle drive mod

Just got my voodlab sparkle drive mod. These things are on backorder all over the place.

I like it a lot.

The new mods are just different versions of 808
(regular,hot, plexi, other)..

I just use the SD as a boost, blending in small OD, for a tad more
sustain and fat. The od's are very usable on their own too, but, I
run into a snapper and a TOD, so I dont need.

This is a keeper.

Ok. I tested gibbies and fenders and opened up the sd to full bore, no clean.

Personally, I would not use the (OD only) part of the unit as a stand alone. While they have more bass response, which is great and better than their version 1, there are better od's out there. The magic (to me) here is in the light od/boost properties when you blend clean back in.
