"A-B-ing" pot values on WRHB's? [Archive]

All the discussion on pot value on WRHB's got me thinking: is there a way to wire an A - B comparison between 250K and 500K pots? My thought was to get a dual concentric 250K and put it in the "Vol" position and a dual concentric 500K and put it in the "Tone" position, wire a DPDT switch to switch between the two for comparison. I doubt it's something I'd leave that way, since concentrics aren't user friendly, but I'm curious if anyone has tried this for a direct comparison.
