I had the same problem one time, had to replace the black switch tip with a white one.

How about a little more description of the problem, type guitar, etc. I have a problem with mine, seems it's missing all the notes that Brad Paisley and Brent Mason plays, those notes just aren't on mine. :shock:

I think you have to get the Custom Shop special edition.
