Bleaching wood glue?

I just veneered the headstock of my neck. I botched the curve up to the fret board ( not the glueing, that turned out well with a clamp and some quarter round), oversanded and now have a darker line of what I assume is the wood glue.
I just want to mottle it a little to blend with the birdseye maple I used (thanks rhomco). Bleaching or some kind of lacquer friendly stick, pencil or someting else. As is it will do but I would like to integrate it some. thanks, Jack

Bleaching wont do anything to the glue. Mohawk makes alot of touch up repair stuff but without a pic it's hard to tell what would work best.

I'll see if Woodcraft carries them. I did get some lightening of the glue line with the bleach. I looked for other alternatives but didn't know what to search for. The area is not big to my eyes, so I might just live with it.
Here I was thinking, "Ask a stupid question...." thanks for your answer.
Woodcraft does not, but there is a local cabinetry place, A&M that carries stuff like that. Maybe I can find some kind of alternative pickguard material too.
