Just joined ..so High Y'all
I have a Nashville 3 PU tele and with the stock switching there is no way to have the bridge and neck PU choice with it wired like a strat.. Does anyone make prewired controls with a switch or push pull pot to get what I want here..
One of my strats has a Fralin set where the second tone control is a blender pot and turned down to 1 its 50/50 Br&Nk PU or any blend in between..very cool, and has a better tele sound than my tele..

You may have to change out the 5-way switch, not knowing what is in there now.
I have a schematic I'll try and scan in and PM to you.
I had the same thing with my strele build, wanting the Nashville wiring but with the center position being neck/bridge combination.
edit, sent the schematic to you via email.

I have a wiring diagram that will give you what you want. You'll need to have someone wire it up.

Keep your 5 way and add a push pull tone pot to do "neck on". That will naturally add the neck to any switch position so you could even have all three at once.
BLUE wire goes to the switch terminal with the neck pickup wire, that would be a white wire coming from the hole going to the neck pickup (if you still have the Tex Mex). The terminal would also be next to the one that has a white wire going the the volume pot.
RED wire goes to the outer volume pot terminal. Not the one with the tone cap on it.
pull the knob up and the neck will be added to anything the sel. switch has engaged.
Very simple.

IMHO subbing the push/pull tone pot is the way to go. I'm converting an MIM Standard to a Nashville and that was the suggestion sjtalon made to me as well only on mine it will be the Strat pickup that will be activated that way. It's simpler than rewiring the entire switch.
My Nashcaster is wired with the Series Combo activated that way and I like it. No matter what other setting I'm in I just pull up the tone pot to shift into B/N Series and pop it back down when I want to shift back to where I was. No confusion over which position I'm in on the selector and I can do a real quick switch from Series back to Bridge Only or B/N Parallel.

I have my Nashville wired up with a Schaller MegaSwitch Model E, which gives you:
1) Bridge
2) Bridge + Middle
3) Bridge + Neck
4) Neck + Middle
5) Neck
So you effectively trade Middle-only for Bridge + Neck. Good trade in my book! Of course, if you're a big fan of Middle-only then you might not like it so much...
