diminished chords (r, 3b, 5b, 7bb)...slide up (down) 3 frets ... and they repeat

6th chords....slide down three and you get the ninth chord...

anymore of these moves come to mind?

Augmented chords can 'slide' by 3 frets (whole steps) in either direction and they essentially repeat themselves every 6 frets (the triad). Think the intro of Stevie's "Sunshine of My Life" - that ascending part is 'aug' chords moving in whole steps.

*Any altered dominant chord, of which a diminished and 1/2 diminished (m7b5) are, can be moved in minor 3rds.

**Any 'licks/line' associated with said chords also repeat/work.

***Along with your octave shapes, knowing how/where dominant chords repeat themselves, will totally open up the fretboard to you.
