crgtr June 16th, 2012, 08:13 PM I just got this one. I replaced the Dyna's last night w/ some TV Jones Filtertron's. They're Dyna-sized & sounds AWESOME!

I owned a Power Jet in gold sparkle for a while but I couldn't get along with it, the neck profile and the non-adjustable bridge made it that I had to let go of it.

The Dyna's are great, but for me, when I want to get my "twang" on, Filtertron's really do it for me. I love their tone. They just have that classic "Gretsch" sound to me.
I really like the neck Dyna, but the bridge is a little weak for me. I may consider popping the neck Dyna in there & keep the TV Jones in the bridge.....:mrgreen:
