LeeMo June 16th, 2012, 02:56 PM T-wang:lol:
shedifice June 16th, 2012, 05:12 PM Don't snap your banjo string!
TBird June 16th, 2012, 05:33 PM That's cool and everything... But what exactly do you do with these balls?
Greg M June 16th, 2012, 10:50 PM That's cool and everything... But what exactly do you do with these balls?
Rest 'em on your leg of course.
crazydave911 June 17th, 2012, 12:34 AM Just my opinion of course, but looks a little more stupid every time I see it
LeeMo June 17th, 2012, 01:15 AM The part where he said that he had sold his farm to build the Scorpion was where it got stupid , to me.
I do appreciate that he has a machine that makes "BIG WOODEN BALLS".

R. Stratenstein June 17th, 2012, 01:44 AM "Look Mama, what I done bilt!" Must be proud of him self. Looks like he spent a lot of time polishing those big wooden balls of his.
Tele Bee June 17th, 2012, 01:54 AM It's a Testes-caster.
JCJCJC June 17th, 2012, 04:42 AM The guy in the video is to be admired for chasing his dream and delivering on it - but that other contraption is a joke. but I'd love to have one in reserve at the back of the stage at a gig for the three-chord volunteers ;-)
cjstcustom June 17th, 2012, 05:01 AM that truss rod's gotta be so tight, that guitar looks pretty stiff
src9000 June 17th, 2012, 02:48 PM Usually, I enjoy guitar porn. Now I just feel dirty.
bunglenutter June 17th, 2012, 06:10 PM Bone nuts?
Badabing June 17th, 2012, 06:22 PM looks like that G-String wraps around that ballcaster just right
R. Stratenstein June 18th, 2012, 01:04 AM Probably got a Trojan gig bag for it, too.
R. Stratenstein June 18th, 2012, 01:14 AM Oh, yeah, and the guy in the video--what can you say? He sold his farm so he could turn giant wood balls from stumps. Free country. Hope he's got a trust fund, or got a big check from selling the farm. I see only a limited market for giant turned wood balls. But it's nice to know that if somebody in my family gets sick, and the only cure would be a big wood ball, it's already been covered.
sjohnbruton June 18th, 2012, 09:13 AM To be precise he said "I sold a farm..." to do this. Meaning perhaps he hasn't sold everything in his world to chase his craft. My guess, judging by the look of things on the vid is that he is doing just fine.
Besides, as a former art gallery owner, I would love to do and exhibition of "Big Wooden Balls". Those things really are very artistically interesting.
That guitar on the other hand... sucks!
