a little tab d help for sure, i don t know those weird chords.

The chords aren't really that weird. The guy is just playing them with partial voicings sometimes, yet strumming all six strings.

The basic song is

It seems like the guy changes the arrangement from verse to verse or kind of plays how he wants to, but these are pretty close.
