When I run two amps through my Keeley Ad-9 and activate the switch, amp #1 puts out only dry signal, and amp #2 only a wet signal, resulting in a significant volume drop. I don't know if Keeley does this intentionally, and if so, if there is a way to de-activate this mode. I emailed Keeley on this, but have not heard back. Any input is much appreciated!

I have the same results. I just raise the volume on one amp and raise the mix knob on the AD-9. This only works if you leave the the pedal on all the time.

The AD-9 isn't "true stereo," it is, as you've discovered, wet/dry left/right affair. Unfortunately, if you want to run it so you have dry AND wet coming out of both amps, you need to come out of the pedal in mono, then split your signal using an ABY or something like that.
Wet/dry outputs are my pet peeve with time-based effects.
