Good service from WTF

Usually spend my gig money on music stuff so after a couple of gigs I ordered two Joyo pedals from WTF, the cheapest price, first week of April. After waiting 6 weeks no reply. I emailed, they responded, I got the pedals this weekend.

I have heard lots of folks like these, I got the phase shifter and the vintage tube screamer overdrive. So far I like them.

Heard nothing but good things about WTF from several gear junkie friends but I'm still wary. Glad your experience ultimately turned out to be OK, but I think they lost a few points after making you wait in the dark for six weeks. Customer service outside of order status seems to be a lost art.

Mine took 3 weeks to get here after it shipped. Got a few excuses in the process but it made it. Got $3 off next order for the hassle. Item was out of stock, but still on their site, so total transaction time was damn near 2 months.
